While seafood is often associated with elegant events like weddings, it’s not just for special occasions. These delectable lobster tails can be savored on any weeknight, bringing a touch of sophistication to your everyday meals.

As someone who appreciates a variety of seafood options, lobster tails have secured a top spot on my favorites list. Paired with the delightful garlic lemon butter, their taste is truly remarkable. Indulge in this irresistible combination that’s hard to resist.

Ingredients:

4 large lobster tails (about 4 to 6 ounces each) 1 1/2 pounds of Kosher salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, your choice of smoked or sweet paprika
Softened butter (about half a cup’s worth)

Instructions:

Turn broiler on to 450 degrees.
Using a pair of kitchen shears, carefully cut the shell in half lengthwise, making sure to leave the tail intact.
Lift the whole lobster out of the shell, being careful not to damage the meat in the tail. Wrap the meat in the shell and rest the shell on the meat.
Use plenty of kosher salt, white pepper, and paprika to season each lobster tail. Apply a butter brush.
Put on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
For medium-rare meat, broil for 7-10 minutes. Larger pieces may take longer.
