- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Sauté broccoli florets and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Spread the broccoli and onion mixture evenly in the greased pie dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and onion mixture in the pie dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
- Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
- Remove the quiche from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the quiche warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can also make this quiche in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
