Crustless Broccoli Cheddar Quiche is a delicious and healthy meal that is both versatile and easy to make.


  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Sauté broccoli florets and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Spread the broccoli and onion mixture evenly in the greased pie dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and onion mixture in the pie dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
  7. Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
