The name of this recipe speaks for itself! It is really like an angel fallen from heaven to give the people a taste of God! Okay, a little exaggerated but that is how I feel about this cake. It is very easy to make. You will only be needing 3 basic ingredients for this. Yes, three! It is very hassle-free for someone like me who does not have all the time in the world to cook for my kids. I bake amazing cakes from time to time but when I am busy, which is most of the time, I make sure that in my small ways, I still get to be their mom who cooks for them. I am so glad that I have found this simple yet amazing recipe. Feel free to use your preferred brand of cake mix though. I know there is a lot in the market but I just prefer this Angel Food Cake Mix because it tastes really good. Another thing I love about this recipe is the pineapple. PINEAPPLE ANGEL FOOD CAKE
Ingredients
1 (16 ounces) package angel food cake mix
1 (20 ounces) can crush pineapple with juice
1 (12 ounces) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply vegetable oil in a 9×13-inch.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add in the pineapple and its juice and cake mix. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Transfer the batter into the greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the color turns golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.
Step 7: Slice the cake into small pieces.
Step 8: Top with whipped cream.
