Ingredients
  

  • 2-2.5 lbs chicken breasts frozen, boneless and skinless
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz each
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth or water
  • 4 tbsp butter cut into pieces

Instructions
 

  • Place frozen chicken in slow cooker in an even layer.
  • Whisk soup, ranch mix, and broth; pour over chicken.
  • Top with butter pieces.
  • Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
  • Shred chicken and stir into sauce.
  • Rest on WARM 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles. For extra flavor, add a handful of shredded cheese or chopped herbs at the end.
