chicken broth

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss chicken and potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning until coated.
Heat butter and oil in a skillet. Sear chicken and potatoes until golden, flipping chicken once.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Melt butter, cook garlic, then whisk in broth, Dijon, and cream. Season and simmer.
Return chicken and potatoes, spoon sauce over, and transfer skillet to oven.
Bake 15–20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Spoon sauce over and finish with extra pepper before serving.
Notes
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor, or use chicken thighs for a juicier dish.
