Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Rotini pasta
  • 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless, diced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Basil dried
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 cup Spinach or peas

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

  • In a skillet, cook the diced chicken in butter and olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, and seasonings. Let it simmer and thicken.
    1 cup Heavy cream, 2 cloves Garlic, 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • Add parmesan cheese and spinach or peas to the sauce. Mix in the cooked chicken and rotini pasta.

  • If needed, add reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency. Season to taste.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve the creamy rotini chicken pasta warm.

Notes

Feel free to customize this recipe by adding sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, or extra cheese for flavor variations. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
