Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies whole package
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 12 oz white candy melts or white chocolate
  • food coloring pastel gel colors
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Mix crumbs with cream cheese and vanilla until a dough forms.
  • Shape mixture into egg-shaped balls and place on a lined tray.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  • Melt candy coating and divide into bowls. Add food coloring.
  • Dip each egg into coating, let excess drip off, and place back on tray.
  • Decorate with sprinkles before coating sets.
  • Let set at room temperature or chill briefly until firm.

Notes

Keep chilled before dipping to prevent crumbling. Store in the refrigerator for best texture.
