4cod fillets6 oz each
2tbspolive oil

4ozunsalted butter

Instructions
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place cod fillets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove cod from the pan and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add unsalted butter.
Once butter melts, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in parsley, dill, chives, and lemon juice.
Return cod to the skillet, spooning herb butter sauce over the fillets. Warm for 1-2 minutes and serve with extra sauce drizzled on top.
