Ingredients
  

  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix 3.4 ounces; use the mix dry
  • 1 can crushed pineapple 20 ounces; do not drain
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 ounces, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the undrained crushed pineapple with the dry instant pistachio pudding mix. Do not prepare the pudding with milk first.
  • Fold in the thawed whipped topping until combined.
  • Stir in the miniature marshmallows until they are spread all through the salad.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

The time does not include chilling, which is optional. Keep the salad at 40°F or below and do not leave it out for more than two hours.
