Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count can
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened; half of a standard 8-ounce block
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Put the softened cream cheese and the entire packet of ranch seasoning mix in a small bowl, then stir until smooth and evenly mixed.
  • Separate the biscuit dough into 8 individual biscuits and gently flatten each one with your hands.
  • Spoon a portion of the ranch cream cheese mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit, dividing it as evenly as possible.
  • Pull the edges of each biscuit up and around the filling, pinch the seams closed well, and place each one seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the tops are puffed and golden brown.
  • Let the biscuit ranch bombs cool for a few minutes before serving warm with marinara, ranch dressing, or garlic butter.

Notes

Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer until warmed through; the microwave also works but makes the biscuits softer. Do not add salt, as the ranch seasoning mix already contains plenty.
