Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen meatballs homestyle
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.25 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter sliced
  • 8 whole pepperoncini peppers

Instructions
 

  • Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker in an even layer.
  • Mix au jus mix, ranch mix, water, and pepperoncini juice.
  • Pour mixture over meatballs and stir to coat.
  • Add butter pats and pepperoncini peppers.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot with sauce spooned over.

Notes

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or as a party appetizer with toothpicks. The sauce is key—don’t skip it.
