Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork chops bone-in adds extra flavor
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly chopped rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place them in the dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, chopped rosemary, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour half of the sauce over the pork chops and spread evenly. Flip the chops and coat the other side with the remaining sauce.
  • Bake the pork chops for 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer, aiming for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). If needed, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes, then drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking dish over the top before serving.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, try adding a splash of apple cider vinegar to the sauce. Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
